- Hereby rules specify principles and conditions of using the advertising board, shared by YellowPages Ltd.
- YellowPages Ltd. gives access to internet advertising service to users in a limited range resulting from the Rules.
- The yellowpages.pl database contains the information about subjects being legal or physical persons which lead the business activity on the land of Poland as well as outside her borders. The base also contains the information about different subjects which don't lead for such activity and they printed the information letting their identification in the base.
- Committing the registration entry to the yellowpages.pl base is free of charge, however distinctions, sponsored links and different forms of the advertisement are succumbing to the price list put in the yellowpages.pl service or individual decisions.
- Committing the entry to the yellowpages.pl base is taking place through filling the registration form. Filling this form is unequivocal to approval of this rules.
- YellowPages Ltd. reserves the right to send technical information to given e-mail address.
- The service is accessible 24 hours a day. YellowPages Ltd. reserves the right to make breaks for maintenance or emergencies. YellowPages Ltd. is not responsible for any possible losses caused by such breaks.
- Data, gained with the use of the online yellowpages.pl service can be used in private cells of the user, what means, that above data cannot be used for purposes connected with making the business activity (of every kind) , like also in the connection with public activity carried on, unless a base is separate agreement with YellowPages Ltd. or order confirmed with the invoice.
- Using of any information obtained from advertising board to conduct serial correspondence is forbidden, independent from its type and content.
- Paid or unpaid sharing of information obtained from advertising board to somebody impartial, publishing or dissemination is forbidden. The user is allowed to make printings of advertisements only for one's needs.
- The access to advertising board using the non-standard browser software is a violation of conditions of the rules and might be a reason for a statement for breaking the legal regulations.
- In the case of violation of terms of the agreement, or a conjecture by YellowPages Ltd. that the user intends to or violates the terms, in particular by using the product, or its part, in sole trading, liberal profession or commercial or public activity, YellowPages Ltd. reserves the right to take away the user’s right to access the yellowpages.pl service. Independently, YellowPages Ltd. may in such cases demand indemnity claim in accordance to violation of it’s intellectual copyrights or impartial persons' rights.
- YellowPages Ltd. takes every possible efforts to provide the users the highest quality of the service. YellowPages Ltd. does not take responsibility for users losses or profits tots having any connection with using yellowpages.pl service, and caused by incorrect information contained in database or incorrect Internet functioning.
- YellowPages Ltd. reserves the right for implementation of individual restrictions to access to the service for particular users without a particular reason.
- The fact of advertisements presence in the advertising board does not imply the owners agreement to receive unwanted correspondence, hence does not release the advertisement board user from criminal responsibility, stated in w Art. 24 act from 18th July 2002 r. concerning electronic services (so called "antispam").
- Committing the entry to the YellowPages.pl base the user is accepting all clauses of rules.
- In a case, that a certain matter was not mentioned in the rules, database security system act regulations are implemented.
